Authors
Authors can request an invitation letter in the registration portal for visa purposes. The letters will only be issued to those who have completed registration and payment.
Non authors
Visa letters for non-authors will only be issued to registered participants who have paid in full their registration fee. Participants needing a visa to enter the United States are responsible for obtaining appropriate visas for the conference. Details on obtaining visas can be found at the US Department of State website.
Refunds
Refunds for cancellations due to non-issuance of visa will not be granted unless a proof of prompt request for an appointment at a US Embassy/Consulate is provided.
