- Lactation & Prayer Facilities: Attendees can request access to lactation rooms, as well as prayer and meditation spaces.
- Holiday: Wednesday, Nov 11 is a university holiday (Veterans Day), but the Memorial Union (MU) will remain open for event access.
- Wi-Fi Access: Attendees can connect via ASU-guest or eduroam.
- Parking: The nearest parking structure to the MU is the Apache Blvd Garage (information on daily rates, garage locations, and digital payment options available here).
